Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Lane Garage account and all associated data at any time — from inside the app, or by requesting deletion here if you no longer have the app installed.

Option 1: Delete In-App

  1. Open Lane Garage and sign in
  2. Go to Profile
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Tap Delete Account and confirm

Your account and data are deleted immediately once you confirm.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you can't sign in or no longer have the app installed, email us to request deletion.

Request Account Deletion

Include the email address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request, and we process manual requests within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Data Result
Profile (username, email, settings) Deleted
Garage collection & Wishlist Deleted
Community posts, comments, and Showcase photos Deleted
Follows, likes, and point transaction history Deleted
Deleted data cannot be recovered. Some data may be retained longer where required for legal, security, or record-retention purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
